By systematically tracking key metrics such as strength, endurance, flexibility, and skill proficiency, individuals can assess their advancement over time and identify areas for improvement.
In collaboration with Cuban Methodologist Dr. Gletechen Jimenez Fernandez, Taipa has developed an optimized set of tests to measure the progress of athletes during a periodized training program.
General and specific tests are provided with detailed explanations to ensure they are conducted correctly.
Each one provides different methods and measurement tools, adapted to the situation:
- Coaches: Monitoring dashboard up to 10 athletes.
- Athletes: Personal monitoring to track progress.
- Parents Designed for parents who want to be involved in their children's development, providing guidance on how to track children's progress effectively.

8th dan in Taekwondo, 7th dan in Hapkido, is the founder of Taipa.
Holding an MSC in Sports Education, he has a long career in high performance field, having been an Olympic coach and a National Team trainer for several countries like France, Belgium, Kazakhstan , and technical adviser for many World class athletes from various Combat Sports.
