By systematically tracking key metrics such as strength, endurance, flexibility, and skill proficiency, individuals can assess their advancement over time and identify areas for improvement.
Philippe Pinerd has developed an optimized set of tests to measure the progress of athletes synchronized with a functional periodized training: the Taipa protocols.
In collaboration with Dr. Gletechen Jimenez Fernandez, the protocols have also benefited from a scientific analysis to support and improve its relevance.
General and specific tests are provided with detailed explanations to ensure they are conducted correctly.
The unit is available in three formats:
- Personal monitoring system: For athletes who want to track their own progress.
- Coach monitoring system: Allowing coaches to monitor up to 10 athletes.
- Parent monitoring system : Designed for parents who want to be involved in their children's development and progress.
Olympic Coach, Philippe Pinerd,
8th dan in Taekwondo, 7th dan in Hapkido, is the founder of Taipa.
Holding an MSC in Sports Education, he has a long career in high performance field, having been an Olympic coach and a National Team trainer for several countries like France, Belgium, Kazakhstan , and technical adviser for many World class athletes from various Combat Sports.
