MICROCYCLE 4: Specific preparation period:
OBJECTIVES: Maximal force, Coordination and Agility.

- 5x each side Mobility of shoulder (Video 1, 2, 3 e 4)
- 5x each side Mobility of hip (Video 5, 6 e 7)

(3 Rounds):
- 10 hip lift on side plank (Video 8)
- 10 Side Plank Abduction (Video 9)
- 20 Russian Twist (Video 10)
- 20 Rotation Canoe (Video 11)

(3 Rounds):
- 8 push-ups on the Suspended Tape or 5 Inclined Barbell Bench Presses (Videos 12 and 13)

- 8 Triceps tests on the Suspended Tape, or 5 Closed Bench Presses (Videos 15 and 16)
